The swivel ball joint needs to be installed onto the shower arm first before the angle can be easily adjusted due to leverage. Adjusting the head out of the box by hand does not reflect its swivel capability after installation. To prevent leakage, check if the filtered rubber washer inside the connector is placed and flattened properly. Avoid overtightening the connector or the gasket may get squeezed. Use some Teflon tape (3-5 circles) as an auxiliary measure to prevent leakage. If there is a leak coming from the massage shower head, tighten the cap on the filter replacement part to the maximum extent and wait a few minutes to check for continued leakage. Our shower head is designed to be compatible with the widely used standard G1/2 interface. Replace the filter cartridge by unscrewing the showerhead.
